Outstanding Success for King’s Hawford Children in LAMDA Examinations
King’s Hawford is celebrating an exceptional set of results following the recent LAMDA (London Academy of Music & Dramatic Art) examinations, with all participating children achieving Merit or Distinction grades.
Months of dedicated preparation, enthusiasm, and hard work have paid off, as our young actors impressed examiners with their performances across a range of disciplines. Many achieved the highest marks in their respective grades, a testament to the high standards and commitment of the children and staff.
Mr Butt, Headmaster of King’s Hawford, said: “These results reflect the talent and dedication of our LAMDA children. We are incredibly proud of their achievements and look forward to seeing them continue to grow and shine – both on and off the stage.”
LAMDA exams are designed to develop key life skills such as confidence, public speaking, communication, and creative expression. Whether delivering poetry, performing a duologue, or presenting a dramatic monologue, children demonstrated poise, clarity, and a true passion for performance.
