Reception’s Fantastic First School Trip

Reception had a fantastic day at Little Owl Farm Park on their very first school trip! Despite a rather rainy start, the children were full of excitement as they explored the farm and met lots of wonderful animals in the petting barn.

The children were incredibly brave and enjoyed stroking a bearded dragon, as well as cuddling rabbits and chicks. They loved watching the playful piglets in the barn and were very happy to feed the hungry goats, who were delighted to see them.

Thankfully, the sun soon came out, allowing us to head into the main paddocks, where the children enjoyed hunting for fairies along the way. There was also plenty of time for fun and adventure on the playground, with pedal tractors and bouncy pillows proving very popular.

It was a wonderful day filled with smiles, excitement and lots of memorable experiences. What a fantastic way to celebrate Reception’s first school trip!
