Hawford Musicians Celebrate Exam Success

Congratulations to all the Hawford musicians who took their Music exams at the end of last term and the first few weeks of this term.

Everyone was delighted to receive their long-awaited certificates to celebrate their examination passes, Merits and Distinctions.

The children performed on a wide variety of instruments across a broad range of grades from the very first ‘Prep Test’, (where the examiner writes immediate constructive feedback and issues the certificate at the end of the exam), on to Initial Grade – a stepping stone to Grade 1, and through to Grade 4 in this exam sitting.

We are very proud of all the results and there is just over four weeks until the next ABRSM visiting examiner comes to King’s Hawford for another 25 performances.
