Celebrating a Wonderful Week at Hawford

On a beautiful sunny day, we all gathered in the Barn to celebrate the fantastic achievements over the last week.

Mr Butt started by talking about the incredible performances from the U11 netballers, who travelled to Kent to take part in the IAPs national finals and finished in the top 16 schools in the country.  They showed resilience and ambition throughout and we are incredibly proud of them.

We enjoyed a fabulous performance on trumpet from Louis Y, followed by Annie W’s excellent LAMDA performance from ‘Find Me’.

Achievements Outside School

Myla-Mae received her level 4 swimming award

Dougie G and Cleo M-S moved 27km in the last month to raise money for the Aston Villa Foundation

Alanna A received bronze and silver medals for Classical Greek dance

Willow P was awarded an Italian ski school medal

Talia G was awarded a French ski school medal

Ariana P was named Worcester netball club U11 Coach’s Player of the Season

Worcester rugby club festival last weekend saw medals awarded to Bruce W, for winning all his fixtures with Bromsgrove, Tom H for playing with Worcester rugby U10s, Bella W for the U9s, Isla W for U7s and Charlie W and Finley R also for the U7s.
