Removes Pupils Make Unforgettable Memories on Ski Trip
Over half term, 40 Removes pupils travelled to Italy for six days of skiing in the beautiful resort of Claviere.
It was a sunny week, and despite the pleasant temperatures, the snow remained very good throughout. With five hours of ski school each day, and armed with packed lunches, the group were able to take advantage of the large ski area.
Ski instruction was very high-quality, and all the students improved enormously over the week; it was fantastic to see them building confidence and honing their skills on the slopes.
Though based in Italy, the trip included three days of skiing in Montgenevre, France, and the top two groups even went on a ski safari to Sansicario.
As well as skiing, there were plenty of action packed après ski activities to enjoy, including an evening of snowshoeing, evening meals at local pizzerias, a fun quiz and challenge night, a crepe night and even a mystery walk! Further highlights were the speedy luge and the karaoke night which kept the group very well entertained.
The trip was perfect mix of learning, fun, and unforgettable memories in the mountains!
