Dedicated U13 Netball Team Crowned District Champions

The U13 netball team finished the last half term on a fantastic high, being crowned District winners after an outstanding series of performances.

The girls played with intensity on attack and defence in all their matches, demonstrating willing in different positions.

The passion and determination the players brought to every game was impressive; their teamwork, communication, and commitment to one another were key factors in their success.

As well as their on-court training, the team had taken part in a classroom session focusing on the importance of understanding and embracing their roles both on and off the court. This session reinforced how every position contributes to team success, as well as the value of communication, leadership and supporting one another. It was pleasing to see these lessons put into action during their matches.

It has been a pleasure to watch the U13 enjoying their netball this term; their enthusiasm and positive attitude have been evident at every training session and match day. It has been wonderful to see how much they have developed, not only in skill but also in confidence on court.

With only a few weeks left of the spring term, the team is excited to build on this success and continue to strive for improvement.

We look forward to seeing what they can achieve next!
