Easter GCSE Revision Courses Return for Third Year
King’s Worcester is thrilled to announce the return of its highly successful Easter IGCSE/GCSE Maths and Physics revision courses for the third consecutive year. These intensive sessions have become a cornerstone of academic support during the Easter break, helping pupils prepare with confidence for their exams.
Over the past two years, the courses have welcomed more than 30 pupils from schools across Worcestershire, offering focused teaching, expert guidance, and practical exam strategies. Last year, attendees improved their grades by an average of one grade – a clear testament to the impact of these sessions.
Katie Beever, Deputy Head at King’s Worcester, said: “Our Easter revision courses are designed to give students the edge they need. We focus on reinforcing essential curriculum content, providing targeted exam practice, improving technique and answer quality, and building confidence to reduce exam stress.”
This year’s programme includes:
- Maths: Monday 30 March – Thursday 2 April, 9:30am – 1:00pm (with mid-morning break)
- Physics: Wednesday 8 April – Friday 10 April, 9:00am – 1:30pm (with mid-morning break)
With small group sizes of no more than 12 pupils per teacher, and experienced subject specialists, the sessions offer personalised support to help pupils strengthen their understanding and approach exams with clarity and confidence.
A previous attendee shared their experience:
“The tailored approach to teaching helped me to improve my understanding and it addressed my individual learning needs because there were a range of questions, including harder questions to suit everyone’s abilities. The teacher was very helpful and provided constant support throughout the course.”
