King’s Crews See Great Success at Inaugural Junior Fours Head

On Friday, King’s saw two crews racing at the inaugural running of the Junior Fours Head – a new event run on the River Thames.

Our two crews rowed exceptionally well among the 260 junior crews, selected from clubs and schools around the country.

Our Coxed Four of Joseph R, Freddie G, Luke M, Bentley L and Felix T were ranked 14th, while our Quad Scull of Rowan C, Freddie B, Alex M  and Tom P came 21st. These was fantastic achievements given the number of crews at the event!

The day was highly successful and excellent preparation for the Schools’ Head run over the same course in March.
