King’s Named as Trinity Champion Centre for the Arts

King’s Worcester is delighted to announce that is has again on being selected as a Trinity Champion Centre for the Arts Award in 2025-2026, for the sixth consecutive year. The prestigious honour follows the ongoing hard work and success of pupils and teachers across the arts.

Trinity Champion Centre are recognised by Trinity for their exceptional delivery of its qualifications, including a track record of strong exam results, making a positive impact on pupils and innovation in the arts.

This year there are a total of 51 Arts Award Centres in the UK, with King’s the only school from Worcester recognised.

King’s has a long-held, national reputation for excellence in the arts and has enjoyed outstanding results at every level for many years. The Arts Award, offered by Trinity College, London, supports our pupils’ growth as artists as they take on a series of challenges in an art form.

The Award is offered at the top three levels, Bronze, Silver and Gold. There is a team of staff members, from a range of subject areas, trained as Arts Award Advisers, who take responsibility for the different groupings throughout the school.
