King’s Pupils Take Centre Stage in FAME This Summer
King’s is delighted to celebrate the achievements of six talented pupils who will be taking to the stage this summer in FAME The Musical with The Theatre Factory.
Dan L, Florence S, Emily H, Amelia W, Olivia O and Sam, who have also made significant contributions to drama at King’s, will be performing in the production on 18th and 19th July, showcasing the dedication, creativity and passion they have developed through years of performing arts training.
Based on the iconic film and television series, FAME follows a group of ambitious young performers as they navigate the highs and lows of life at New York’s prestigious High School of Performing Arts. Packed with unforgettable songs, energetic choreography and powerful storytelling, the show celebrates friendship, determination and the pursuit of dreams, making it one of the most inspiring and entertaining musicals for audiences of all ages.
This production is particularly special as it marks the final time that The Theatre Factory’s Class of 2026 will perform together as one company. Several senior cast members are preparing to take the next exciting step in their careers, having secured places at leading drama schools and professional training programmes. The performances will therefore be both a celebration of their journey so far and a fitting farewell to a remarkable group of young performers.
Adding to the excitement, the show will feature a live band, bringing the vibrant score to life and creating an unforgettable theatrical experience. With spectacular musical numbers, exceptional young talent and the energy that only live performance can provide, FAME promises to be one of the highlights of the summer theatre calendar.
We are incredibly proud of Dan, Florence, Emily, Amelia, Olivia and Sam and wish them every success for what promises to be a fantastic production.
Tickets for FAME are expected to be in high demand, so audiences are encouraged to book early and support these outstanding young performers.
