Middle Years Pupils Donate Over 200 Easter Eggs to Local Charity
Worcester Community Trust will be able to provide extra Easter treats to families and individuals across the city after the Middle Years Charity Committee led a collection that brought in more than 200 chocolate eggs.
The Committee organised the collection for Worcester Community Trust, a local charity that supports people across the city, including families who are need support to afford essentials, individuals experiencing loneliness, and those rebuilding their lives after abuse. It follows their successful Christmas campaign to collect items for Home for Good Worcester.
Committee members planned and promoted the event across the Middle Years, encouraging tutor groups to take part. With support from students in all Houses, the collection topped 200 eggs which have now been passed onto delighted volunteers at the charity.
