Excellent Hockey Played by the King’s Under Twelves at the Regional Tournament

After qualifying through the county round, the U12s played in the regional hockey tournament last Wednesday in scorching temperatures. They had five group games, beating Oakham, Wrekin and King Edward’s, Lichfield, drawing with Solihull and losing narrowly to Bablake. The team missed out on the semi-finals on goal difference and eventually finished sixth, having played excellent hockey throughout the day which showcased the progress they have made this season.
