King’s First XI Progress to Finals Day of the Chesterton Cup

Congratulations to the First XI who last week beat Wrekin College by five wickets to progress to finals day of the Chesterton Cup, to be held at Worcestershire County Ground, New Road on Sunday 20th May. The First XI also finished runners-up in the group stage of the HMC national T20 competition, after beating RGS Worcester and losing to Malvern College. On Saturday the King’s sides enjoyed an excellent set of results against Kingswood, Bath, winning seven out of the eight fixtures with lots of fine performances throughout the age groups.
