Outstanding Business Plans in The King’s School Dragon’s Den

On the evening of Tuesday 11th June, our Lower Sixth Business students were exposed to the pressures of the King’s School Dragons’ Den in the John Moore Theatre. The students had to present their business plans to the audience and then answer demanding questions from five external business people (the Dragons). The Dragons came from a diverse range of business backgrounds and included a founding director of amazon.co.uk and an Old Vigornian. The students all acquitted themselves extremely well under considerable pressure, showing outstanding resilience and enterprise. The winning team, Pro.Team, consisted of Niamh Peckston (Managing Director), Hannah Latham (Finance Director) and Libby Griffiths-Garbett (Marketing Director). Congratulations go to all who took part and our thanks to the Dragons for supporting this event.
