Welcome to the Uniform Update Hub. Here you will find everything you need to know about the 2021 changes to our uniform and sports kit – the latest updates, our timelines for the new uniform/sports kit introduction and access to FAQs.

We are very excited about the new uniform and sports kit designs and the appointment of our new uniform providers. We look forward to ensuring that there is an outstanding quality of uniform provision across the entire foundation.

A Phased Roll Out

Rolling out a new uniform is by no means a small task so to manage this, and to minimise impact to parents, we will be having a phased roll out over two years. The new uniform has been launched for new year intakes (Nursery, Reception and Year 7 only) from September 2021 and will be mandatory for all pupils from September 2023.

  • Existing pupils will be able to wear the current uniform and sports kit until September 2023. However, where the current items are not available, for example if there is no stock in your child’s size, they will have the option to purchase the new uniform and sports kit.
  • New pupils joining in Nursery, Reception, Year 7 intakes only will be asked to purchase the new uniform and Sports Kit from Schoolblazer (our new uniform provider) and Tacklebag (our new Sports Kit provider). This will ensure that specific year groups will, where possible, have the same uniform.
  • New pupils to other joining points will be joining their peers in the current uniform.
  • There will be two sports kit items (games top and games socks) which all pupils who are likely to represent the school in fixtures will be asked to purchase for September.
  • As the current uniform is being phased out, please be assured that you will still be able to sell your old uniform via the second-hand school shop.
